Technical Rules As you may know, many leagues and tournaments in the GTA have switched to playing FIBA basketball rules. TABO (Toronto Association of Basketball Officials) encourages all events and leagues to play FIBA because it is a better game. As a result the Jane Finch Tournament will be using FIBA rules this year. If you are unfamiliar with the rules please see rule differences located at the end of this package. It is highly recommended that all teams familiarize themselves with FIBA rules.
